CROSSOVER REWARDS is an incentive program for our youth group that challenges students to complete specific, measurable goals related to faith, church, and the Bible. When students complete these different milestones, they are rewarded! A “season” in Crossover Rewards is 4 months. Students who have successfully completed every challenge on their card are invited to an all-expenses-paid, exclusive reward night. At the beginning of the season, students are given a "Rewards" card to track their challenge completions. When a student completes a challenge, they can present it to a leader to get their card punched. February-April Season Rewards
- REWARD NIGHT- Laser Tag
- (First Time- Crossover Reward Lanyard for pins)
- Star Pin- marks completion of a season of Crossover Rewards
- Bronze- 1 in a row, Silver- 2 in a row, Gold- 3 in a row
- Sheep Pin- one for each first-time guest brought to youth group.
- Streak Fire Pin- earned for having the longest streak in Bible app.
- Bible Pin- earned for memorizing the most verses in a season.

ATTEND NXT-LVL
- NXT-LVL is a small group for teenagers 7-12th grade who want to take their faith to the next level. We go deeper than is possible on a normal Wednesday night.
- Meets twice a month- 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 5:00 PM
- In person or online via Zoom.
NXT-LVL ASSIGNED BOOK
- Part of attending NXT-LVL means staying caught up in that month's assigned and provided book.

ON SERVE TEAM
- Volunteer on one of our church’s many serve teams, either on Wednesdays or Sundays.
- Such as: slides, greeters, worship, etc.
- Bring someone who has never attended our church before to Sunday service or youth group.
SHARE YOUR FAITH
- Tell someone who doesn’t follow Jesus your testimony, explain what your faith means to you, or tell someone about Jesus!
Cards are given for free at the beginning of each season, but lost cards can be replaced for a $5 donation to STL.
